Does you child have autism? Are you struggling to find appropriate education for them? As parents of a non verbal, autistic child with many co-occurring conditions, we understand your frustration! As a family we have decided to open an small group (5 children)  so not only can your child socialise with like minded peers, they can receive a suitable education. This will be achieved via very personalised and specific individual plans, focussing on the child’s strengths and special interests. The overall aims are to extend knowledge and understanding in:

• Communication
• Social Interactions
• Empathy
• Promoting Independence

Due to communicational difficulties that many on the autistic spectrum face, we will be delivering lessons/activities via the use of picture cards, now and next routine boards, Makaton and PECS. Whilst encouraging verbal communication during picture exchange. 

Due to many finding large groups uncomfortable this will be a ‘micro’ educational provision with a maximum of 5 per class, we hope this will help eliminate any social anxiety.

Forest school experiences

Animal care 

Sensory Play

Each session if for 2 hours. Split into two age groups: 5-7 years and 7-10 years. 

Each session is £25 per two hours, payable on the 1st of each month.
